At last the quiz is over... hope I dun regret my decision today.
Today evening went to Nanyang academy of fine arts for tomorrow's concert rehearsal. Was lost on how to go there. AND I MET MRS KAREN GOH'S BROTHER OUTSIDE THE CATHAY!!! What a coincidence. I was like walking past there and that guy approached me. He told me about Christmas performances and asked my school. Oh yes, his name is Louis. When I told him, he said, " Do you know a teacher Karen Ang?" I was like oh! My ss teacher... And I still can't believe it. Such a small world huh. After getting directions from Aaron, finally reached that place. Got 3 campus. The rehearsal place was at the third campus, which is far away.
Even though I am just helping out, certainly did learn alot of things from performers/teachers.
Can't believe a concert need such detailed planning. Lightings, markers and so on. Oh yes markers.
I was practically like a walking tapeman making marks on the stage. Run here run there till leg break.
But it was quite a nice experience. Learnt to work together with other people and make new friends even though everyone was much older than me... Age doesn't matter when it comes to friendship! Hmm its quite late already. Shall update in the future. Need to get up at 7 sth tomorrow for rehearsal!!!
